Band of Skulls will bring their driving guitar force and Wall of Sound harmonies of their live shows back to the US on November 16 when they embark as special guests on the Metric tour.

The three members of Band of Skulls, Russell Marsden (guitar and vocals), Emma Richardson (bass & vocals) and  Matt Hayward (drums), first  met at college and quickly discovered that having two lead singers and  three songwriters in a band was always going to present unlimited possibilities. With their creative process and sonic path fully intact the band quickly established themselves in the music and art community with a series of culturally inspired club nights in Southampton, London and further a field in Moscow and Tokyo. Recently the band was featuredas iTunes Single of The Week in all iTunes stores globally with their  debut single ‘I Know What I Am.’

The song garnered rave reviews from new fans around the world and was downloaded nearly 350,000 times. Band of Skulls released their powerful debut album Baby Darling Doll Face Honey on July 28th via Shangri-La Music. Shortly after the release the band completed a successful tour of the US including a touted performance at this year’s Lollapalooza Festival in Chicago, IL. Both their album and their live performances have garnered stellar reviews from the press.
