Lee DeWyze On Independent Music Network Charts Prior To Idol Win

The Independent Network first brought International attention to American Idol winner Lee DeWyze. Several years ago the Lee DeWyze penned "A Song I Wrote For You" hit the Mainstream charts of the Independent Music Network peaking at #6.

"Long before fans started voting for Lee on American Idol, they were pushing votes on our network for him in overwhelming numbers,” said Gary Hendrix who launched the popular network over five years ago. The single was released on the Indie label Wuli Records out of Chicago and found the Independent Music Network to be a welcome home for breaking their artist.

The Independent Music Network continues to be the #1 avenue for breaking new independent artists andbands. IMN is currently in pre-production for their Summer Radio Special and they invite artists to submit new releases for immediate chart and airplay consideration.
