Lindsay Lohan Must Check In To Rehab By May 2nd

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has been given until May 2 to enroll in a drug rehabilitation facility, after accepting a plea deal to avoid jail time on Monday.

The Mean Girls star avoided another stint behind bars after pleading no contest to lying to police and reckless driving, relating to a car crash in California last summer, and she was ordered to complete 90 days in a locked down treatment center, 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy.

She was officially booked for the charges on Tuesday at a Santa Monica police station and the 26-year-old has been given just over a month to get her affairs in order before her stint in a residential rehab center begins.

Lohan must also provide proof of her psychotherapy treatment to court officials.
