Lady Gaga has shown off an innovative set design for her upcoming world tour which will allow fans to dance underneath a transparent stage.
The Poker Face hitmaker has shared her lavish plans for her upcoming ArtRave: The ARTPOP Ball tour by posting a picture of a prototype stage set on her Twitter.com page.
Gaga reveals the stage will be made of see-through Lucite - also known as Plexiglass or Perspex - and will include runways which cover sections of the audience so fans can stand underneath and watch the singer perform above them.
She writes, "The stage is Lucite and you can just dance underneath the runways."
The picture hints at a heaven theme with a white structure onstage in front of a dark sky backdrop.
The tour kicks off in Florida on May 4.
