Lady Gaga Looks to Hire Justin Bieber' s Manager

Lady Gaga is supposedly considering hiring Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun.

The 28-year-old singer split with her professional overseer of nearly a decade, Troy Carter, last year.

Since becoming a free agent Gaga hasn't reached the success she achieved with representation and apparently she is starting to worry about her professional future.

'If anyone can help Gaga now it's Scooter,' a source told British newspaper The Sun.

'He's one of the smartest blokes in the music industry and made Bieber into the biggest pop star on the planet.
'There are a few options for her but Scooter is one of them.'

Although Gaga's third studio album ARTPOP went platinum and gold in markets around the world, it is claimed the record didn't sell as well as anticipated when it was released last November.

Speculation is rife the Applause songstress is concerned with sales figures, as she wants her fourth LP to be a huge success.

And apparently Gaga thinks the expertise of Justin's manager Scooter will aid tremendously in the attainment of her career pursuits.

'Scooter's also the one who has to get Justin out of his scrapes. Gaga's next album will be make or break,' the insider said.

'At the moment she's still to decide who will manage her.'

Gaga's former manager Troy helped propel her into superstardom after he signed a contract with her in 2007. He also received an Emmy nod for his work on her HBO Monster Ball Tour special. They are said to have called off their professional partnership due to 'creative differences'.

Dolly Parton: "Kids Weren't For Me"

Dolly Parton thinks having children wasn't "meant" for her.

The singer married Carl Thomas Dean in 1966 and the pair have been together ever since. Now, at 68 years old, Dolly can look back at her life without any regrets, despite never starting a family of her own.

"I grew up in a big old family with eight kids younger than me and several of my brothers and sisters came to live with me early on in my life," she told People magazine's Country edition. "I've loved their kids just like they're my grandkids, and now I've got great-grand-kids!

"Now I'm GeeGee, which is great-granny. I often think, it just wasn't meant for me to have kids so everybody's kids can be mine."

Dolly has released 42 albums throughout her lengthy career, her latest being Blue Smoke, which came out in January this year.

She's also made time for charitable ventures, such as the Imagination Library. It's a non-profit organisation the star set up to provide free books to preschoolers.

"I think kids relate to me because they think of me like a Mother Goose or a Fairy Godmother," she laughed. "I'm like a cartoon character ' my voice is little and I'm an excitable little person like them! I'm very childlike in that way, in my nature."

Dolly added that she is the "Book Lady" to the students she visits, rather than a superstar country singer.

The guy known as the Ukrainian prankster is at it again, this time at the Hollywood premiere of Maleficent, which stars Angelina Jolie.

According to Variety , "Witnesses saw the individual, later identified as celeb prankster Vitalii Sediuk, jump the security barriers while Pitt and Jolie were signing autographs in front of the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. The man then approached Pitt on the red carpet, where he allegedly struck the 50 year-old actor in the face."

Bodyguards held the unfunny prankster until police came, took him away and booked him for misdemeanor battery. Brad bravely soldiered on and continued writing autographs.

Here is Vitalii being lead away:

Just two weeks ago, Vitalii, who is a TV presenter, crawled under the dress of America Ferrara during a Cannes premiere. He's also know for trying to kiss Will Smith, grab Leonardo DiCaprio, grope Bradley Cooper and interupt Adele at the Grammys.

The Jolie-Pitts brought their kids to the premiere and before the attack, Angelina said, "Well, oddly, we usually go to the El Capitan, that's where we take the kids. That's the closest theater to us. This is the first time they were able to come to mommy's premiere."

Katy  Perry is set to make history as the first person to appear globally on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine.

The pop star will continue her world domination on June 3rd, when the July issue of the magazine goes on sale, appearing on the front of all 62 editions of the magazine around the planet.

"Katy's music and attitude have universal appeal to young women everywhere," said Cosmo's editor-in-chief Joanna Coles in a statement. "She crosses all cultural boundaries. Her music is soulful and empowering in equal measure. She's the first Cosmo global icon."

Talk show host Chelsea Handler interviewed the "Dark Horse" singer for the issue, asking her candid questions about her personal life, such as whether or not she'd give love with John Mayer another chance and how long she's gone without sex.

The talk show hostess even got to the bottom of what Katy saw in Mayer and ex-husband Russell Brand, saying, "You were married to [Russell Brand]. Then you broke up and started dating John Mayer.

"These are two men that most people would say, 'If you're not going to date two people in this world, it should be these two.'"

Katy's response appears in the new issue of the magazine, which hits newsstands on June 3rd.

Katy Perry: 'Beyoncé is the Biggest Pop Star in the World

'Dark Horse' songstress Katy Perry has revealed that she doesn't feel comfortable with being given the pop queen crown and thinks that vocal powerhouse Beyoncé is the most deserving.

Speaking to London's Time Out magazine, the hitmaker explained that it's 'embarrassing' to be praised in such a way when there's a performer like Beyoncé in the same industry as her:

"It kind of embarrasses me because I don't feel that way. I have pinch-me moments, sure, but Beyoncé is the biggest pop star in the world so don't be blasphemous. I hope [I'm an empathetic pop star]. I work really hard; I work myself into this state. But Beyoncé's an icon and bionic, almost. I bet she doesn't get sick ever!"

Perry, meanwhile, is currently on the UK leg of her Prismatic tour and she will perform tonight at London's O2 Arena where she will also play 3 subsequent concerts on May 28, 30 and 31 respectively.

Katy Perry & Kacey Musgraves Talk Teaming Up, Tour Dates and "Seeing Each Other Naked"

In this week's Billboard cover story pop princess Katy Perry and country music darling Kacey Musgraves talk why the pairing makes sense, seeing each other naked, and cyberstalking.

"We're both very whimsical in our own ways, but I think at heart we're both songwriters," says Musgraves. For her part, Perry says she "instantly connected" with her country counterpart after hearing her debut single "Merry Go 'Round." "She struck a chord in me," she says. "I feel like we have the same eyes. Not in a physical sense, but in a way of perception."

After she heard "Merry Go 'Round" Perry did a little bit of ol' fashioned cyberstalking -- "as I do with everyone," she notes -- and reached out Musgraves about teaming up. The songs they worked on didn't make the cut on "Prism," but a partnership was born.

On seeing each other naked Musgraves said: "A couple times."
"And it won't be the last." They'll have plenty more chances for dressing-room exhibitionism when Kacey joins Katy's "Prismatic" tour in August.

Dolly Parton Wants Scarlett Johansson To Portray Her in Biopic

Dolly Parton thinks Scarlett Johansson could play her in a movie because she's "full bosomed".

The 68-year-old country singer has been in the music industry for decades and has also dipped her toe into acting over the years.

Giving hints about an upcoming biopic based on her, Dolly shared why she thinks Scarlett would make a good candidate.

"Well, you know what, I'm doing a musical of my life story - and I'm also doing a movie version!" she told People magazine. "When we started talking about a movie, people had mentioned Scarlett Johansson. I guess she's full bosomed."

Country singers have become more successful recently, with stars such as Carrie Underwood gaining worldwide recognition and rewarded at the Country Music Association Awards. Asked which young singer reminds her of herself, Dolly was quick to name two females she feels are on her level.

"Miranda Lambert," Dolly said. "I relate to her earthiness, just being a real woman. And I really admire Taylor Swift for her song writing and business sense."

Dolly looks as youthful as ever, still rocking her iconic blonde tresses. Although she is close to turning 70, she has no intention of looking her age.

"There's nothing I can do about the number, but I'll do everything I can to keep myself in working order," she laughed. "I'm going to do whatever little nip and tuck and collagen and Botox that I can do safely. But if you keep your spirit young, you look younger. And I don't have time to get old!"

U2 Bono and the Edge Collaborating With Director John Carney On New Musical

Let's hope that Bono and the Edge from U2 have a bit easier time working on their next musical.

After the tremendous upheaval and critical drubbing that greeted their last show, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, it's a surprise that the pair would get involved with another musical but word is that they are working with director John Carney on his semi-autobiographical film Sing Street.

Carney directed the musical hit film Once in 2006 and hopes to do it again with this story based on his childhood and love of music. The film revolves around a 14-year-old boy who forms a band, writes songs and shoots videos, all in hopes of escaping his homelife.

The full extent of Bono and the Edge's involvement is not yet clear. It is known that they are working on music for the film but there are indications that they may also be involved in other ways.

Kanye West: Thrilled To Be Part of Kardashian Family

Kanye West is reportedly thrilled to finally be part of Kim Kardashian's family.

He and Kim tied the knot at a highly-exclusive private ceremony at the Forte di Belvedere o di San Giorgio Firenze in Florence on Saturday night.

At the reception, Kanye is said to have given a long toast, where he talked about the love he has for his bride and her family.

'It's amazing to look around this room. There are so many talented people,' he said, according to UK newspaper The Sun. The musician's 18-minute speech was apparently littered with four-letter words and at one point he is said to have yelled: 'F*** y'all, I'm a Kardashian!'

The weekend started off in Paris, with a pre-wedding party at the Palace of Versailles. Guests were then flown to Florence for the ceremony itself.

Kim reportedly walked down the aisle in a Givenchy dress as Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli sang, and she and Kanye exchanged their vows in front of a wall of wall of white chrysanthemums flown in from France.

There were reportedly plenty of celebrity guests, including John Legend (who sang at the reception), Chrissy Teigen, Brad Pitt, and Bruce Springsteen. Fans flocked to the venue in hopes of seeing Justin Bieber, who was rumoured to be in attendance.

Kim and Kanye's first dance was said to be At Last by Etta James, followed by Otis Reading's These Arms of Mine and Try a Little Tenderness. The guests also danced to Shirley Bassey's Diamonds Are Forever and Beyoncé's Drunk In Love.

One person who was not present was Kim's brother Rob, who left Europe on Friday night after allegedly getting into a fight with his family.

The Mac Wire Exclusive Interview: Dolly Parton Talks About The Making of her 42nd Album, Blue Smoke

By Krista Forni

Iconic performer and songwriter, Dolly Parton  spoke to The Mac Wire about her  recently released forty-second studio album, ‘Blue Smoke’ which includes 12 tracks and encompasses styles and flavors from throughout her career. She shared with us just how much the album means to her and a few highlights from  a career that has spanned nearly five decades,  Without a doubt, this incomparable performer  is surely an inspiration to artists all over the world.Read on and let Miss Dolly inspire you!

What’s been most special in making this album?

Well I always get excited with any and every album I do and I always think I have done the best one yet. But you do you kinda I have always said I wake up with new dreams every day, but this particular one I wanted to do an album that had all the colors of my whole career, that’s why we have some blue grass stuff, we have some gospel flavored things, we have some mountain style. I love choosin’ other people’s songs, doing some covers things it was really a special album to do it. It was fun to do and I get a change to work with a lot of the same musicians that are performing on my road show. That makes it even nicer ‘cause we can all get excited together known that we are gonna get to perform these songs together on stage. It’s always fun to write ‘em, sing ‘em, and get out there and do ‘em.

Any songs off of ‘Blue Smoke’ that you are most proud of?

Well it’s like I’ve always said about my songs, they’re my children and I hope to have them support me when I’m old. It’s kinda my favorite joke, but its true and so they’re like your kids. You love them all, some are a little bit more special and you can sense that and know that and it doesn’t mean that you love them less but some of the songs I really enjoy singing. I love the song “If I Had Wings” because I love to sing that kind of song, I love write that kind of song. It has that old world feeling of songs I used to sing growin’ up. [It’s] got a little bit of that spiritual flavor to it and I love the little song “Miss You, Miss Me” because it came from a very personal place with somethin’ going on in my home family and so many people can relate to it because so many people divorcin’ and the kids always wind up suffering the most. So those two are real special to me but I enjoy doin’ songs like the rewrite of “Lay Your Hands on Me” the Bon Jovi song. It’s fun to get in and cover other people’s songs like the Bob Dylan, “Don’t Think Twice.” It’s always a challenge, but it’s always fun to experiment with new things.

What made you want to rework ‘Banks of Ohio’ in the manner that you did?

All my life I’ve been singing that song and it was just an old folk ballad which they say is from a true story like so many of those hundreds of year old songs are and so I just always liked it but it was just such a man’s song to me because it was just about a guy that killed his girlfriend and when other people listen to it they’re like ‘that’s weird of her to be singing that’ so I decided that I was just gonna write a little part that if I was a journalist, or a reporter, goin’ into an interview with somebody in the prison and I felt that would make a clear little way for me to say and then he said, she said, and she said, he said. So anyway it was kinda to me it would make it more open for other women to sing it and even though I wrote that little part I’m sure that if through the years a woman decides to sing it, I bet they’ll use it and I hope they do.

What was your ‘Aha moment’ with this album?

I guess that would probably the Bon Jovi song of turning that into a gospel song with their permission and their help. I called Jon Bon Jovi and asked if he’d be opposed to me workin’ in that and turnin’ it into a gospel tune and I called Richie Sambora who was co-writer on it. We all three got together and everybody through in their thoughts and their ideas and they certainly condoned my thoughts and ideas so that one was like ‘this is going to be a big surprise to people.’ When I first heard that song years ago I thought ‘Wow, that sounds so much like a gospel tune like asking God to lay his hands on ya,’ and I grew up in an a Pentecostal church. We believed in healing and layin’ your hands on and ya know praying for people that were sick and all that. That I think was the ‘Aha moment’ like people are going to be shocked when they hear this one.

What is your routine in writing songs?

Actually, I write all kinds a way. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and write something down, something I’ve dreamed or if I’m taking a bath I always keep a little tape recorder or notepad somewhere. If I’m flying I always carry my notepads of little recorders so I don’t miss a melody. I can write anywhere, anytime, for any reason. My favorite thing to do is to be able to plan in advance a couple of weeks where I say I’m taking off a couple of weeks, I’m doing nothing but writing, don’t write me, don’t call me, I don’t wanna hear nothing, from no body. So I love to go up to my old mountain home or out to my lake house or somewhere and really kinda get in the spirit for a couple of days and then really just let it flow and just write, write, write, write, write until I get tired of it and I come back home. Usually I will have taken off my big set of long acrylic nails so I can really pick the guitar. [When I’m done] I’ll come back to town and I get a new set of phony nails put on and get back at it.

How do you stay relevant?

People are always gonna be people. We’re gonna have the same thoughts, the same heartaches and everybody no matter what’s going on in the world, we have our true feelings, whether it’s our faith in God, our faith in family, our love for one another, for our children and I just love life. I’ve kept a good attitude about it, who knows why we’re really here, so I figure we need to make the most of everything we can while we’re here and I’ve always had just enough power to get out there and make a living out of it. I’ve always said I have more guts than I have talent. So I just wanted to make a career out of doin’ this and I just love people and I’ve kinda always allowed people to know me. I think people know of me more as an aunt or a sister because they’ve grown up with me. One of the reasons I think I have a lot of younger fans is because a lot of the older ones have their children and they play their records around the home, they kinda grow up with me to and then with the little kids with my Imagination Library, where I give books out to children and the fact that ‘Hannah Montana’, I was Hannah Montana’s aunt that very hit show, so that gave me a whole new little audience. I’ve just always managed to be on the job, to be there for everybody. I didn’t want them to forget me so I try to stay out front.

What is touring now compared to thirty years ago?

Well it’s better now because I’ve built and audience and you know you’re gonna have a crowd. I used to worry if anybody was gonna show up. So more than anything that’s a great relief to think ‘Oh yeah they’re tellin’ me tickets are selling really good. It’s fun for me still because I just love the audience. I love to perform, of course I love to write songs better than anything, but then again, I love to go sing ‘em, I love to get out on stage and perform ‘em. So it’s kind of like an all around thing for me. But I still enjoy it as much as I did in the old days.

What’s it like bringing an album that’s close to home to the Carolinas?

I love it, because I know that everybody in the area, we got a lot of local people that do come, they’ll relate to this music and they know me I grew up in those mountains across from North Carolina so we all shared the same type of music, those mountain songs, those songs brought over from the old world, bluegrass and them country flavored things. So hopefully they will enjoy it as much as I’ve enjoyed recording them and writing them.

How do prepare for tour?

It is a good year-and-half’s work before you actually hit the road. First of all you’ve got to decide if you really want to do the tour. Second you’ve got to decide what want the show to be, you’ve got to figure out what the show needs to be. Then you’ve got to get with your promoters, you’ve got to get with people who have to try and sell it and to see what time of year is the best time to go. Then you’ve gotta get in and work for weeks and weeks and weeks rehearsing the show and it’s only after you hit the road that you can really rest. I always think ‘Oh just let us get on the road so I can get some sleep and get some rest.’ So all you do after your whole show is together is your lighting, your sound, your people. It’s just major, major work to be done by so many people but then after that all we have to do is the sound check in the afternoon and a show at night and the rest of the time we can pretty much rest and read or do whatever you wanna do but the show is together. It’s a lot of work but its joy.

What’s been your highlight at the Grammy’s over the years?

I’m always excited to be nominated and certainly to win so I don’t really, people often ask me what are the highlight moments of your life, I think to be part of that whole show is great and certainly when you get nominated is great but when you win, that’s even, that’s even greater, so I’m always proud. I was always proud of my ‘Grass is Blue’ Grammy.

Who would be your dream collaborator on stage?

I thought the other day, I had a funny thought. I know that in Nashville we have the famous Goo Goo Clusters, you know the chocolate and nut clusters that we’re very famous for and so I represent those well, I send those out to people all the time and I was thinking maybe if me and Lady Gaga got together we could be Gaga and GooGoo. That’s be good on the Grammy’s wouldn’t it?

What would you tell young Dolly?

Well I would tell her I am pretty proud of her. When you get older you really reflect and you think so many things and one of the things I think about is just how fortunate that I have been to have been able to actually see my dreams come true ‘cause I know so many people that can’t say that. I know some people that are far more talented than me and worked just as hard and came to town, some of them, same time round I did and they didn’t, so you wonder and go ‘Why me Lord?’ You just think about all those things. More than anything, I think that little girl that headed out from the Smokey mountains that moved here back in ‘64 to try to make those dreams come true and now here I am 68 years old and I’ve seen so many of them come true and what’s so funny is I still feel like that same little girl. I still got dreams, dreaming big, still few dreams I hope to come true. So I just love the music, love to write, love to perform, and I hope to keep doin’ it ‘til I just keel over dead in about 30 years.

What is your advice for new artists?

I try not to give advice, I just try to pass on some information, you know if I think there is anything I can do. I think it’s true with everything like those old sayings ‘To thine own self be true’ I really think there is so much into that. That people really need to know who they are, what they really want and their strengths and what their talent really is. I think you need to be willing to sacrifice that if you have to. You have to protect it, you have to fight for[it] and if you really are that good and you really have that much faith in it, if you really stand long enough chances are it’ll happen and if it don’t, I’ve always said if you are dreaming that really impossible dream maybe you should know that it’s okay to change dreams in the middle of stream if it’s something that you see is not gonna happen, it’s still good to rework it and rethink it and to apply what you’ve learned from old stuff to a new dream.

Paul McCartney's Wife 'Never Left His Hospital Bedside; "He's On The Mend" Says Brother

Sir Paul McCartney's wife has reportedly 'never left his side' once since he became sick.

The Beatles singer was hospitalised in Japan Tuesday after falling ill with a nasty viral infection.

Apparently his 53-year-old spouse of three years, Nancy, has been sleeping in a room at St. Luke's International Hospital ever since he was admitted, as she is committed to seeing her husband get well.

'Nancy has been brilliant as always and has never left his side,' a source told British newspaper The Mirror.

Her presence is purportedly doing lots of good, as it is believed Paul is recuperating swiftly.

'[He is] on great form now and is getting back to his old self,' the insider detailed.

'He is getting better and better by the day.'

Paul's brother, Michael McCartney confirmed to the outlet his sibling is doing well.

But he claims the musician is approaching his recovery with as much ease as possible.

'I got a text from Paul yesterday [on Thursday]. He told me he was recovering slowly but surely, so I'm sure he's on the mend,' Michael said.

The 71-year-old singer arrived in Japan to perform his Out There! series of shows earlier this month, however he has since cancelled these performances and his upcoming concerts in South Korea.

When news broke that his Japan and South Korea tours were being terminated, a message was posted on Paul's website in which he apologised to fans.

'Doctors have ordered Paul complete rest and he has been doing all he can to get better," it read.

Paul's next stage performances will see him touring North America and aren't until mid-June, with no suggestion that they are under threat at the moment.

Miley Cyrus Gets Restraining Order Against Arizona Man

Devon Meek told the arresting officers that he would not stop trying to meet the ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer until she "accepts him or he dies." He has now been placed in a psychiatric facility after displaying signs of a mental health disorder and remains in custody.

The restraining order taken out by Miley Cyrus states that Meek must stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times.

A hearing is scheduled for June 16 where the restraining order may be extended for at least a three year period.

RuPaul crowns Bianca Del Rio Winner of Logo TV's RuPaul's Drag Race

After months of grueling competition and fan anticipation, Bianca Del Rio bested Adore Delano and Courtney Act to be crowned the winner of this season of Logo TV’s hit reality competition series, “RuPaul’s Drag Race.” Sashaying away with the title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar” and a $100,000 prize, Bianca beat out 13 of the nation’s fiercest queens: Adore Delano, April Carrión, BenDeLaCréme, Courtney Act, Darienne Lake, Gia Gunn, Joslyn Fox, Kelly Mantle, Laganja Estranja, Magnolia Crawford, Milk, Trinity K. Bonet and Vivacious. Following the televised reveal, last season’s winner, Jinkx Monsoon, was on hand to pass down the crown in front of a capacity crowd at The Tropicana Las Vegas‘ Havana Room. BenDeLaCréme was awarded the fan-voted title of “Miss Congeniality.”

“Bianca is my kind of entertainer,” said RuPaul. “She is totally fearless, bust-a-gut hilarious, and yet she's still managed to touch the hearts of Drag Race fans around the world.”

“I feel like I am the luckiest entertainer in the world right now…it's an incredibly rewarding experience to have this honor and I'm proof that anything is possible,” said Bianca Del Rio. “I extend my love and gratitude to the talented World of Wonder family, Logo TV, the amazing fans, and especially RuPaul. Ru, please remember to tell the IRS that my name is Pablo Sanchez.”

Upon the reveal of the final three, RuPaul asked fans to help her decide the winner by showing their support for their favorite queen by using #TeamAdore, #TeamBianca and #TeamCourtney fans chiming in across Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram and Google+ generating nearly 12 million impressions.

With her quick wit and sharp tongue, Bianca Del Rio quickly emerged as an early favorite endearing herself to the fans and the judges alike, ultimately winning three challenges, and never once finishing in the bottom two. Throughout the course of the competition, Bianca showcased her amazing comedy chops and seamstress skills, and ultimately even surprised herself by melting her cool façade to mentor and assist her follow queens.

This season featured an assortment of celebrity guest judges and guest appearances who joined show regulars Michelle Visage and Santino Rice including Neil Patrick Harris, Adam Lambert, Khloe Kardashian, Lena Headey, Paula Abdul, Eve, Linda Blair, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Heather McDonald, Eve, Trina, Leah Remini, Jaime Pressly, David Burtka, Bob Mackie, Gillian Jacobs, Lainie Kazan, Bruce Vilanch, Chaz Bono, Georgia Holt and US Weekly Entertainment Director, Ian Drew.

Virus Forces Paul McCartney to Continue to Cancel Shows

Sir Paul McCartney has reportedly been hospitalised.

The 71-year-old singer arrived in Japan to perform his Out There! series of shows earlier this month, however he has since cancelled them and upcoming shows in South Korea. He was said to be suffering from a virus and it's now been claimed he has been admitted to hospital.

The Sankei Sports newspaper claims Paul is being treated at a medical facility in Tokyo after the virus got worse. There has been no official confirmation that the musician is in hospital, although fans have already started gathering outside the establishment.

When news that his Japan and South Korea tours were being cancelled broke, a message was posted on Paul's website in which he apologised to fans.

"Doctors have ordered Paul complete rest and he has been doing all he can to get better," it read.

"Paul has only ever had to reschedule a handful of shows in his entire career and is so upset about this situation. He hates to let people down."

The musician added: "Unfortunately my condition has not improved overnight. I'm so disappointed and sorry to be letting my fans down."

Paul's next stage performances will see him touring North America and aren't until mid-June, with no suggestion that they are under threat at the moment.
Original Story:

An unnamed virus has certainly knocked down the seemingly ageless Paul McCartney as he has added a May 28 date in South Korea to the already nixed series of shows in Japan.

The latest victim was the May 28 show at the Jamsil Sports Complex Main Stadium, the Olympic venue in Seoul, South Korea. Last weekend, he postponed two Tokyo shows just hours before he was to take the stage before, ultimately, canceling his entire Japanese tour based on doctor's orders.

A spokesman said "After coming down with a virus in Japan, doctors have ordered Paul complete rest. Paul is still not feeling better and this cancelation [sic] is unavoidable."

McCartney added "I was really looking forward to visiting and playing in South Korea for the first time and I’m sorry to be letting fans down. I'm very disappointed by this and hope to be able to visit soon."

Alternative dates are being explored.

Katy Perry's Prismatic Tour Rider Revealed

Katy Perry reportedly has a member of staff whose only job is to clean and cut her vegetables.

The Firework singer is on her Prismatic World Tour and is currently wowing fans in Britain with her live stage show and jaw-dropping wardrobe.

But when she gets off stage she likes nothing more than tucking into some fresh, raw treats, reports British newspaper The Daily Star. As well as getting in her five-a-day of fruit and vegetables, with grapes, apples, pineapple, dried figs, broccoli, celery and peas said to be her favourites, Katy is also rumoured to enjoy relaxing with a drink.

The 29-year-old's rider also allegedly stretches to bottles of Pinot Grigio and a bowl of tortilla chips after every gig.

And her demands aren't just food related. The publication reports that she's also partial to some stylish interior decor as well. Specially made French lamps, a coffee table, a director's chair with her name embossed on and a cream/pink rug also help chill Katy out.

'It's crazy. Katy always seems so down to earth when you see her on TV so we didn't expect her to have so many diva demands," a tour insider told the paper.

'We've also been told that staff mustn't speak to her, especially to ask for a photo or an autograph, because it angers her before the show.'

To top it all off Katy is said to require an extra dressing room that only she is allowed to enter. The space is filled with pink and white flowers, plus extra clothes and beauty products.

Despite her high end demands, it seems Katy is making a mess of her hotel room once she gets off stage. She recently confessed to leaving her bathroom in a less than desirable state.

"When the bath water is a slight shade of grey, that's when you know it was a good show (sic)," she tweeted to her 53 million followers.

Dolly Parton Scores Her Highest Charting Solo Album With Blue Smoke

The most celebrated female in country music history, Dolly Parton, adds another career milestone to her long list of accomplishments!!! With the release of her 42nd studio album, BLUE SMOKE, Parton scores her highest charting solo album ever. Parton, amazingly, has only visited the top 10 of the Billboard 200 once: with the collaborative set "Trio," with Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt. It peaked at No. 6 on May 2, 1987, after earlier debuting at No. 38 on March 28, 1987.

“I am glad that people are enjoying the music from my new Blue Smoke album. It feels great to be in the Top 10,” says Dolly Parton. “It’s always an honor to know the fans spend their hard earned money on my music. Thanks everybody!”

In terms of Parton's solo efforts, she's gone as high as No. 11 on the Billboard 200 with "9 to 5 and Odd Jobs," on March 21, 1981. That album of course featured her No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 single "9 to 5", as well as the No. 41 hit "But You Know I Love You" and the No. 77-peaking "The House of the Rising Sun."

Parton's chart history on the Top Country Albums chart is more befitting of her living-legend status: She's notched 42 top 10 albums, with six of them going to No. 1. On the Hot Country Songs chart, she holds the record for the most No. 1s among women, with 25.

Cher Claims She Feels Like She Is 25

Cher, who is currently on her Dressed to Kill tour, was inundated by happy birthday wishes on Tuesday but, as she inches closer to 70, Cher confessed 68 is a tough age to accept because she still feels like an energetic 20-something.

"Thanx Chickadees," she tweeted. "This is a Hard 4 meI Feel like 25,So The Real # comes as quite a little Shock Guess 67 wasn't enough of a CLUE 4 MY A** (sic)," she mused.

Cher, who often communicates with fans via Twitter, is showing no signs of slowing down, however. She's scheduled to play in Las Vegas on Sunday, followed by shows across the US and Canada, where she will wrap up the concert series on October 5.

The tour hasn't been without a few hiccups, however. After opening in Phoenix, Arizona back in March, the star confessed her first show made her emotional for all the wrong reasons, telling the crowd some of her costumes weren't properly fitted yet. Billboard reported she had also forgotten the lyrics to two of her songs and was seen 'sobbing' backstage.

"b4 Showtime I was being fitted 4 Costumes!Shoe man is punk,No Boots,Shoes! Learned New choreog.yesterday.New Wigs 2Nite! Killed ourselves," she later tweeted (sic).

Shortly thereafter, the diva thanked everyone for their hard work on the production and also thanked fans for their support. "I WANT 2 THANK MY"ENTIRE" WORK CREW..& 'EVERYONE' INVOLVED WITH MY SHOW EVERYONE HAS GONE WAY BEYOND WHATS POSSIBLE THEY R THE BEST," she wrote (sic).

Since then, it seems the production has worked out some of the kinks.

Cher has meanwhile promised fans who've yet to see it to expect a wild show. Speaking to UK newspaper The Sun before the concerts kicked off, Cher revealed she can still squeeze into her famous fishnet bodystocking from the music video for her 1989 hit If I Could Turn Back Time.

"People love that I can still wear it on stage. I wore it for my shows in Las Vegas [from 2008 to 2011]," she told UK newspaper The Sun.

"A friend said to me that a woman is sexy while she can still put on her stockings. I thought, 'I can do better than that, I can still put on my body stocking'. They'll probably even dress me in it when I'm dead."
